Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort

Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis is an ocean front resort comprised of approximately 56 acres located mid-island, right on the ocean. There are three distinct villa types: Ocean Villas, Admiral’s Row, and the Tennis Villas.

Ocean Villas

The Ocean Villas are comprised of 3 “Y” shaped buildings offer great ocean views and beach views. Some units overlook the well maintained grounds and tennis courts. They are about as close to the beach as you can get. The island’s largest ocean front pool is located nearby. Each of the Ocean Villas are designed with one bedroom, a full bath, kitchen, dining room and living area, and of course, a balcony. Most units have two bunk beds neatly tucked away in the hall – great for children.

Admiral’s Row Villas

Admiral’s Row is a two building set, each building is four stories high at the south end of the resort. There are both one and two bedroom villas available, each features a living room, dining room and a spacious kitchen. There is also a small private pool just steps away. The views of the ocean and white sandy beaches from these ocean front villas are just fantastic.

Tennis Villas

The Tennis Villas are all two bed, two bath models with about 850 SF. They have a living room, dining room, large kitchen, and a balcony. These villas are clustered around the 10 lighted tennis courts or the picturesque lagoon.
